Location to Chalk Farm Tube Station, Camden Market. Upgraded rooms to Travelodge standard so great value for money. Parking at the hotel is limited so get there early and it's a tight squeeze so for bigger vehicles. Large vehicles be aware. The welcome was great and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. We didn't have breakfast because our previous experience many years ago was not good so I can't report on that. A short walk away is a wonderful cafe that do amazing food and we went there. My bed was a little hard, maybe because it was new though my partner said her bed was comfy. Overall, a great place to stay, 5mins walk to Chalk Farm Tube on the Northern line and only a couple of stops to central London. A great budget hotel, comfortable and clean.

I stayed several times here. This period style hotel takes me back to 60s, 70s. It is in a great location, with an amazing view of the whole London. Comfortable dining area. Personnel in this hotel is efficient and attentive, had no problems with booking and extending my trip. The rooms are clean and fresh. The cleaning is once in three days and on demand. I guess, that’s one of the things that lets to keep the price of the accommodation affordable. I find this hotel a great value for money and will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here as we were going to a gig at the Electric Ballroom and it's a short walk back. The hotel was clean as was our room and for what it cost us you can't really grumble. The reception staff were friendly and I would stay here again. I would just suggest that if you're thinking about booking a room without a window in the basement bring an eye mask to sleep in as our room had a sensor in the ceiling that cast a green light over the room all night.

Room was clean and comfortable with coffee making facilities and was upgraded with window which was a lovely surprise. Good bathroom with long shower cubicle and hair and bath creme available. Shower mat was provided which we used along with hairdryer. Also noticed upright air conditioning unit but we did not need it. As well as ironing facilities. Greeted by gentleman on reception who completed our booking. All good.

Location was great for the event I needed to attend at the Roundhouse and Vanguard. Easy to get to by Tube. If I was there for pleasure rather than work, it’s also a great spot for getting to London Zoo, Primrose Hill, Camden Town on foot. The staff on the desk were polite, professional and welcoming. The room was quiet, neat and clean. I felt safe staying there on my own.
